  • Extra firm tofu
  • Purple onion
  • Broccoli
  • Bell peppers
  • Seasoning (we use Johnny’s seasoning)

Directions

  • Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the tofu to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add the onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until softened.
  • Add other vegetables and La Popular Birria sauce to the skillet.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the tofu fajitas with tortillas, your favorite fajita toppings.
